Heat D.I water to 50°C. With smooth agitation slowly blend in PEG-150 distearate. Mix unitl completely uniform. Slow beldn in Iselux LQ-CLR. Mix until uniform. Maintain 50-55°C batch temperature. Slowly blend in Cocamide MIPA. Mix until uniform. Remove heat and cool with mixing to 30-35°C. With rapid but smooth agitation slowly belnd in Pureact Gluco L. Mix until uniform. With smooth agitation, slowly belnd in Condicare PQ-7. Mix until uniform. Adjust pH to 5.5-6.0. The formula shoul thicken with pH adjustment. Blend in compatible fragrance dyes and preservative.
Appearance @ 25°C—crystal clear, viscous liquid; Viscosity @25°C—7,000-11,000 cps; pH—5.5-6.0; % Non-volatiles: 23.5-26.5
